Elena Berlo is a color specialist, art educator in gifted and talented programs, and an accomplished practitioner of watercolor and calligraphy. Her architecture field experience spans residential and interiors, office design, landmark restoration, institutional and entertainment projects, as well as retail environments. She has worked with established New York firms such as David Bae Architects, Laura Heim, and Linda Yowell Architect. Elena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Bucharest and a Color Specialist degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.
Eugen Bogdan Berlo is primarily a painter, with a wide-ranging practice that includes architecture, master planning, interiors, furniture design, signage, visual identities, sculpture, and installations. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Architecture from the University of Bucharest and continued his studies in Fine Arts at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Before founding the studio, he worked as an architect with prominent New York firms including Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Dan Ionescu, and Peix and Marchetti.
